1. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use

• Editorial & Non-Commercial Quotation: You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive license to share short excerpts or quote articles, provided full attribution is made to Akshat Kushwaha with a prominent backlink to the original URL.
• Open-Source Code: Open-source repositories linked on GitHub (such as Qenlo, HybridMind, and Luna) are governed by their respective individual open-source licenses (e.g., MIT, Apache 2.0). Code snippets published within technical essays are provided under the MIT License unless stated otherwise.

2. User Content & Safe Harbor Intermediary Protection

Our blog features an interactive comment section. To the extent this site hosts user-submitted remarks, we act as an intermediary pursuant to Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512).

• Any engineering benchmarks (such as latency percentiles, TTFT reductions, or caching hit rates) will produce identical outcomes across different hardware, cloud environments, or third-party API configurations.
• The information or technical architectural guides constitute certified legal, financial, or investment advice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Akshat Kushwaha, Bits&Bytes Foundation, or any associated contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption) arising out of or in connection with:
