I build things. When I'm not building, I'm thinking about building.
Started at twelve, haven't really stopped. Somewhere along the way it stopped being a hobby and became just — how I move through the world.
I wear a lot of hats and I'm okay with that. CEO, CTO, engineer, community person, the guy who fixes what's broken. Whatever the moment needs.
Most of my technical work comes from asking what happens when systems fail — optimizing LLM efficiency, building resilient retrieval backends, and debugging performance constraints under concurrent load. The same drive powers Bits&Bytes: creating distributed developer communities that bypass institutional gatekeeping.

Co-founder & Chief Technology Officer at Bits&Bytes
Co-founded Bits&Bytes after my school rejected a CS club. Scaled it from a local event organizer to a registered Section 8 foundation with active forks across Jaipur, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kolkata, and Noida. I run the technical stack (internal tooling, comms, event platforms) and run overall operations, finance, strategy, and hiring.
STEMist Chapter Lead & Technical Lead at STEMist Education
Founded the STEMist chapter at Boys High School to build a zero-gatekeeping builder community. Left when chapter models proved too dependent on institutional approval—frustration that directly inspired the decentralized, permissionless 'forks' model at Bits&Bytes.
Jr. Research Engineer at jhana
Worked on production systems for India's leading legal AI lab (10k+ lawyers). Sourced benchmarks, ran comparisons, and deployed a self-hosted replacement for GPT-4o-mini that cut time-to-first-token (TTFT) by 60% without accuracy loss. Built a window manager for long dictations and an automated WhatsApp IVRS cases onboarding pipeline.
Founder & CEO / CTO at Lexana
Built a multi-agent legal intelligence platform (four specialized agents, semantic caching cutting LLM costs by 60%, and real-time editing over websockets) from scratch at my nani's place with no internet. Pitched to VCs and successfully expanded operations to Nepal, where it is capitalised and growing.
Blockchain / HyperLedger Intern at Shihaan Tech Global
Contributed to internal tools, upgraded and improved the company website, and supported team projects. Gained first exposure to shipping inside an existing production codebase and maintaining tools that other people depend on.
Founder & CEO at Graphics Code
Started a design studio at age twelve. Scaled to 30 designers and shipped over 500 orders in a year. Made the calculated decision to exit early due to co-founder profit-split disputes, learning my first hard lesson in team alignment and organizational dynamics.

Implements FAISS IndexFlatIP, NetworkX DiGraph, and SQLite WAL for atomic .mind persistence, blending text embeddings with GraphSAGE-style neighborhood averaging.

A soft, supportive menstrual cycle companion utilizing adaptive exponential smoothing with population priors for cycle predictions.
